2. You may enter the Sweepstakes on or after February 5, 2010, 12:01 a.m. ET; all entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. ET, February 12, 2010. Limit one entry per person. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the mailing list for our e-mail newsletter. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
3. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. Drawing will be held on or about February 13, 2010. Prizes will be awarded randomly.
6. Winner will be notified by email. Winner (and Winner's parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the age of 18) must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
8. No substitution of prizes, except by Sponsor or Prize Contributor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable.
9. You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
10. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the web site.
11. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in New York County in the State of New York.
