This Valentine's Day, why brave the cold? Skip your reservations at a fancy restaurant and spend a red hot night at home. Lavalife, the leader in singles and dating for over 20 years, spices things up this Valentine's Day by partnering with sexy Chef Danny Boome. Chef Boome has created unique "mood enhancing" recipes to entice new romances, couples, and even groups of singles to break out the chocolate sauce, cayenne pepper, pots and pans.
"It doesn't matter if you're an expert Chef or barely know how to boil water, being in the kitchen is foreplay," explains Boome. To get couples and groups of singles in the mood this Valentine's Day, Chef Boome has put together seductive and simple recipes for what he calls a "wickedly delicious" meal. Recipes include: Kiss me Quick, Squeeze me Slow, Swiss Cheese Fondue, Molten Chocolate Baby Cakes and Seared Scallops over Avocado and Wasabi Mash.

Seared Scallops over Avocado and Wasabi mash recipe:
Ingredients
* 2 avocados
* 2 teaspoons wasabi peas
* 1 lemon, juiced
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
* 1/2 Cup bean sprouts
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 garlic clove, smashed
* 6 large sea scallops
Halve the 2 avocados and remove the pits. Spoon out flesh into a food processor and add wasabi peas, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper, to taste. Process until it's a smooth consistency. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add butter and garlic. Once the butter has melted add the scallops to the pan and gently sear until lightly browned. About 1 minute per side. Add Lemon Juice. Spoon some avocado mash on each plate; arrange the bean sprouts on top followed by the seared scallops.
